For any refund concerns related to orders from blazedandconfused.com, reach out via email to support@blazedandconfused.com. We do not process refunds for items bought at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Blazed and Confused product from a store or a different website, you must handle refund requests with that specific retailer, as we cannot manage what happens to our products once they leave our facility. If your purchase was made on www.blazedandconfused.com and there is an issue, you may qualify for a refund if we are notified within 10 days of the delivery date listed in the tracking information. Refunds and exchanges will not be considered if we are not contacted within 10 days of delivery. Although we stand by the quality of our products, we do not offer refunds based on the product’s effectiveness, as individual reactions to cannabinoids can vary.
If your product arrives damaged or your shipment is incomplete, you must inform us immediately on the day of delivery by phone or email at support@BLAZEDANDCONFUSED.com. Please include the following in your email:

Upon receiving this information, we will review your case. This review process can take up to 5 business days, or longer if the situation is complex. Incomplete information may lead to an automatic rejection of your request. For valid exchanges of damaged products, the return shipping method will depend on the product(s) ordered and available options. We may either send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return or reimburse you for USPS first-class shipping.
DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK TO US WITHOUT FIRST DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS. If you return a product using a more costly shipping method than necessary, you will be responsible for the additional cost. All returns (if approved) may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny service or sales to any individual, business, or entity at our discretion.
